LVLMine Rules & Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

• LVLMine provides access to cryptocurrency mining services through cloud-based infrastructure.
• Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• LVLMine reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Accounts

• Each user may register only one account.
• Multiaccounting is strictly prohibited. If a user is found operating more than one account, all related accounts will be permanently blocked without refund.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login details. LVLMine is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts.

3. Mining Levels

• LVLMine offers a total of 9 mining levels.
• Each level can be purchased only once per account.
• Mining levels provide increasing power and profitability and are permanently tied to your account after purchase.
• Levels cannot be transferred or resold.

4. Services

• By purchasing mining levels, you gain temporary access to LVLMine's computational power ("hashrate").
• Mining options currently include: BTC, ETH, TRX, and DOGE.
• Rewards depend on market conditions and mining difficulty; profitability cannot be guaranteed.
• Mined coins are distributed to your in-platform wallet.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal Limits

Each mining level allows 2 withdrawals total. To unlock unlimited withdrawals, the user must purchase Level 8 or Level 9.

• Withdrawals are made only to the external wallet address you provide.
• Once a withdrawal limit is reached, your dashboard will display a notice.
• LVLMine is not responsible for errors due to incorrect wallet addresses.

6. Fees

• Service fees apply when purchasing mining levels.
• Maintenance fees may be deducted from daily mining rewards and vary depending on market conditions.
• All fees are published on the LVLMine website.

7. User Conduct and Reviews

• Users must act in good faith and comply with platform rules.
• Constructive feedback and fair criticism are welcome.
• Publishing false, defamatory, or malicious reviews aimed at harming LVLMine's reputation is prohibited.
• If such behavior is detected, LVLMine reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use multiple accounts.
• Exploit system bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Attempt to manipulate payouts.
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

9. Risk Disclaimer

• Cryptocurrency mining is speculative and subject to market volatility.
• LVLMine does not guarantee fixed income or profitability.
• By using the service, you accept all risks associated with mining.

10. Termination

• LVLMine may suspend or terminate services if you violate these rules.
• If your mining rewards remain below maintenance costs for more than 72 hours, LVLMine may suspend or terminate your contract.
